REFUND POLICY

Instrovate Technologies (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Company’ or ‘Us’) follows a strict Refund Policy that has been made to ensure that you as a Training User do not have any problems and have a seamless experience with our Live Instructor Based Online Training.

  1. Training Users are eligible to receive full refunds if the Scheduled Training does not start and is cancelled by the Trainer due to any unforeseen reason.
  2. Training Users are eligible to receive full refunds only if they wish to discontinue with the Live Instructor Based Online Training before the start of the second training session for which they have enrolled.
  3. Training Users are eligible to receive partial refunds only if they wish to discontinue with the Live Instructor Based Online Training before the start of the fourth training session for which they have enrolled.
  4. No Training User shall be eligible for any refund of any amounts paid after the commencement of the fourth training session. The same shall be valid whether or not the Training User has attended or participated any prior session(s).
  5. When a Training User is eligible for a partial refund upon fulfilment of the condition as mentioned above, then the Training User shall be entitled to receive a maximum of 50% of the amount paid as fees for enrollment in the programme
  6. A full refund shall entail a refund of 100% of the amount paid by the Training User in advance for the programme, excluding taxes and convenience charges, as may be necessary.
  7. Every Refund shall be made directly into the bank account of the Training User and shall be processed within 15 days from the date of request for refund.
  8. The Training User shall make a refund request to the Company through the designated email address, at least 24 hours before the commencement of the second training session (in the case of full refund) or the fourth training session (in the case of partial refund). Any request made within 24 hours of the commencement of the fourth training session shall not be treated as a valid request and shall not qualify the Training User for any refund.

Please note the following points with regards to the refund policy of the Company:

  • Please note that in the above, any action shall take place only if the same has been informed to Us as mentioned above.
  • Please make sure the email sent to us or the phone call/WhatsApp message contains all details so that we may examine the same.

The Company has the sole discretion to assess each case on its own, separately.
